Why your feet will feel it

AIRfeet Recovery combines a soft, responsive our proprietary EVA cushioning midsole with anatomically contoured arch geometry to reduce foot fatigue and load. Designed to ease pain from long shifts, post-workout inflammation, plantar fasciitis, overpronation, and daily standing.

Product details & construction

our proprietary EVA cushioning midsole: proprietary single-density EVA formulation with contoured footbed geometry. Provides arch support and impact-load reduction with every step.

Contoured heel cup: anatomically shaped to stabilize the heel and align the foot, reducing overpronation stress on the arch.

Water-resistant, antimicrobial EVA: closed-cell construction, no water absorption. Treated antimicrobial finish for locker rooms, dorm bathrooms, and post-workout use.

Durable outsole: molded tread pattern for wet-floor traction. Built for daily wear, not single-season use.

Sizing: Available in Men's US 3–14, Women's US 5–16. True to size. Wipe clean with damp cloth.

Recovery starts from
the ground up.

Part of a broader recovery protocol under a physician's or physical therapist's guidance.

Common foot pain conditions

What AIRfeet Recovery
is designed to help with.

Foot pain has many causes — from overuse and injury to underlying medical conditions. AIRfeet Recovery Slides address several of the most common. Not a replacement for medical care; use as part of a broader recovery plan.
Plantar Fasciitis
Inflammation of the tissue band across the bottom of the foot — the most common cause of heel pain. our proprietary EVA cushioning arch support and cushioned heel cup ease the load on the plantar fascia during daily wear.
Heel Spurs
Bony growths on the heel bone that irritate surrounding soft tissue. Cushioned heel cup absorbs impact and reduces the pressure that aggravates the spur.
Overpronation
Feet rolling inward while walking or running, straining the arch and heel. Contoured footbed geometry supports natural alignment and reduces inward roll.
General Foot Pain
Chronic aching from long shifts, standing work, or general foot fatigue. our proprietary EVA cushioning midsole reduces daily impact load so feet recover between wear.
Post-Exertion Fatigue
Tired, sore feet after a workout, game day, or training block. Designed to be worn as a recovery layer between the shoes you performed in and the rest you need.
Arch Pain
Discomfort in the mid-foot from flat feet, high arches, or arch strain. Anatomically contoured arch support provides structural cradle for the mid-foot.

AIRfeet Recovery Slide
· medical SKU.

This SKU of the AIRfeet Recovery Slide is registered with SIGIS (Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards) as therapeutic footwear designed to address foot pain, plantar fasciitis, arch support, and post-exertion recovery.

What that means for you:

  • Your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) card is accepted at checkout. Same for HSA (Health Savings Account) and HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) cards.
  • No receipt submission required in most cases — the SIGIS classification handles the eligibility check at the point of sale.
  • No Letter of Medical Necessity required for this product. Some plans may still request one — your primary care physician can issue one at your annual visit.
  • Pay with pre-tax dollars — depending on your tax bracket, that's an effective 20-35% discount on the retail price.
  • Available for use during your plan year and (for FSAs) during use-it-or-lose-it deadlines. December is peak spend season — don't leave money on the table.
FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this different from the collegiate AIRfeet Recovery Slide?

Same physical product. Same construction, same colorway options, same $79.99 price. The difference is the SKU classification and the product-page positioning — this SKU is registered with SIGIS as therapeutic footwear so it's FSA/HSA eligible at checkout.

Will my FSA or HSA card actually work at checkout?

Yes for most plans. This product has a SIGIS-registered UPC classified as eligible footwear, which means it clears the automatic eligibility check at the terminal. If your specific plan administrator declines, use a regular card and submit the order confirmation for reimbursement.

Do I need a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)?

Not for this product. The SIGIS classification handles the base eligibility. However, some plan administrators may still ask for an LMN if you're audited or if your plan requires physician documentation for footwear. If so, your primary care physician can issue one during an annual visit.

Can I return this if it doesn't work for my condition?

30-day return window for unworn product only. Once worn, footwear can't be returned for health and hygiene reasons. If you're unsure about sizing or fit, try them on a hard indoor surface briefly and decide before wearing outside.

Is this a medical device? Should I ask my doctor?

AIRfeet Recovery Slide is therapeutic footwear, not an FDA-regulated medical device. It's designed to support the arch, ease foot fatigue, and aid recovery — not to cure or treat any specific medical condition. If you have persistent foot pain, we recommend speaking with a podiatrist or your primary care physician about a comprehensive care plan. This product may be part of that plan.

Does the school know about the FSA/HSA version?

Every colorway of AIRfeet Recovery is officially licensed by the school shown on the strap. School licensing offices approve product art before production. The FSA/HSA classification is a merchant-level product designation and doesn't change the license agreement.

What's the difference between the slide and the thong?

Same our proprietary EVA cushioning midsole and outsole. Same materials. Same $79.99 price. The slide has a two-strap upper; the thong has a post-toe strap. Personal preference — some people find the thong easier to slip on, others find the slide more secure.
